Shipping and costs
We offer various shipping options with DHL Parcel, namely Service Point and Home Delivery.
For orders under €75, you can choose the desired shipping option. With a minimum spend of € 75, the shipment is free and it is sent with DHL Home Delivery as standard. If you have any questions about this, you can always send us an email or fill in the contact form.
Pick-up location
Would you rather pick up the order at a service point of our carriers? Our carriers offer the option to have the package delivered to a service point. During the checkout you can choose the desired service point yourself. Make sure that you select a point from the correct carrier. All service points of various carriers are shown on the map. You are responsible for selecting the correct carrier. When selecting the wrong carrier, we are forced to change this.
Missed delivery
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will take the package to the nearest service point. The delivery person leaves a note in the letterbox where the pick-up location is stated. Take your identification and the note of the missed delivery to your service point, otherwise you will not receive the package. Your package will remain here for at least 7 days and then it will be returned to us.
Track parcel
Each package is provided with a Track & Trace code, with which you can monitor the delivery yourself. When the packages have been sent, you will receive an email with the track and trace information and possibly the address of the pick-up location you have chosen. If you have not received an email, please check the spam folder. Many emails unfortunately end up in the spam folder.
Delay
Unfortunately, it is possible that the delivery of a package is delayed by the carrier. This can have various causes and we have no influence on this. If your order is not delivered the next day, please wait until the next day. If it has not been delivered the next day, please contact us and we will contact the carrier. If necessary, we will instruct the carrier to start an investigation.
