Return policy

According to the right of withdrawal, everyone has the right to return the item within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the order has been received. If you want to return the products, you must first inform us. When we have received the cancellation notice, you will receive a link to the return portal. Here you can create the return shipment yourself. You can then drop off your return shipment at any DHL Parcel Service point.

You can only return an item when:

  • The article is complete.
  • The product is unused.
  • The packaging has not been opened or damaged.
  • The product has become defective within the warranty period.

When we have received the return, we will check whether it meets the return conditions. If it meets the return conditions, the value of the order will be refunded to your account. This does not include the shipping costs incurred. The refund will be made immediately or up to a maximum of 7 days after we have received the package back.

The refund will be made in the same way as the transaction was originally made. Unless you have explicitly and otherwise agreed. You will not be charged for the refund.

Exchange

It is not possible to exchange products. We can, however, create a discount code with the same value as the product, which will be returned.

Return costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs of a return shipment. We do not charge extra costs for a return shipment.

* We are responsible for the shipping costs of a return if:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered.
  • The product seal is broken upon receipt.
  • The best-before date has passed or will expire very soon.
